PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 12:00pm Pacific Time will be shipped out the same
day. All other shipments are processed within a 24 hour timeframe with the
exception of orders placed after 3 pm Pacific Time on Fridays and
Holidays. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the
following business day. Any delays on our behalf i.e unforeseen circumstances and
or during our maintenance time you will be notified.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Any refused packages will be subject to a $18 Non-Delivery Fee charge. The Non-Delivery
fee will be applied to the payment form selected during checkout, this charge will
be subtracted from either a refund or store credit. Please ensure you provide
us with the correct address and or notify us of any errors for correction.
